Small Animal Veterinarian - Full Time
Westmount Animal Clinic is welcoming a full-time veterinarian to join our team. We are a privately owned clinic with home grown values located at the heart of downtown Calgary in Kensington. We are looking for a DVM with strong leadership qualities that contribute to the clinic’s success. We are in the process of a full renovation and are so excited to be expanding! We also have ample parking on site.
We are offering;
-Signing Bonus
-Competitive salary based on experience
-$2000 CE allowance and 4 paid CE days per year
-Paid dues, uniform allowance
-Comprehensive health and wellness plan with health spending account
-Flexible 4X10 schedule

Client Care Specialist - Part Time
Westmount Animal Clinic is looking for an experienced Client Care Specialist who will promote and maintain our gold standard medicine. We are an inclusive team of warm people who love to build relationships with our clients and care for their beloved pets.
Salary ranges from $17/hr - $20/hr based on experience. This role requires 2 to 3 10 hr shifts a week, Mondays + Fridays 8 am - 6 pm MST, and opportunity for a third day.
We value being a trusted and reliable resource for our community and will ensure to onboard you with the necessary training to help you succeed in your role. While veterinary experience is an asset, we welcome all experienced candidates to apply. The ideal candidate understands that the needs of our clients are just as important as the pets that we treat and patiently answers client questions to help them make decisions regarding their pet care.

- Supporting vet/tech recommendations
- Administrative tasks
- Conflict resolution
- Managing patient communications through phone calls, emailing, and appointment scheduling
- Processing bills and payments
- Adaptability and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- High communication skills both written and verbal
- Warm, friendly, kind demeanor
- Team player
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Avimark experience considered an asset
- College or university students encouraged to apply
